About the Firm

Legal problems are stressful enough without a lawyer who talks over your head or disappears until the invoice is due.

Levenson Law Group was built on a simple idea: good legal representation shouldn’t require a translator, and it shouldn’t be priced out of reach. Scott Levenson, Esq. works directly with every client — individuals, families, and small businesses — to explain what’s actually happening in their case, what it will cost, and what the realistic path forward looks like.

That approach shows up most clearly in our civil litigation practice, where we’ve structured our fees specifically to keep court access within reach for people who would otherwise be priced out of a legitimate claim or defense. It carries through everything else we do, from negotiating a loan default down to a workable settlement, to fighting an insurance company that’s slow-walking a valid claim.

What We Handle

Areas of practice

Five practices, chosen because we can go deep in each one — not a general list stretched thin.

Business Law

Formation, contracts, partnership disputes, and the day-to-day legal questions that come with running a company. We aim to keep small and mid-sized businesses out of trouble, and get them out cleanly when trouble shows up anyway.

Loan Negotiations

Behind on a loan, facing default, or dealing with a lender that won’t return your calls? We negotiate directly with banks and lenders to reach settlements, restructured terms, or resolutions that keep a manageable situation from becoming a legal one.

Injury Claims

If you’ve been hurt because of someone else’s negligence, our job is to make sure medical bills, lost income, and pain and suffering are actually accounted for — not minimized by an insurer looking to close the file cheaply.

Insurance Disputes

Denied claims, lowball offers, and delayed payouts aren’t always the final word. We push back on insurers on behalf of policyholders and businesses to get claims paid at what they’re actually worth.

Why Levenson Law

Three things every client can count on

Straight talk

You’ll get a plain-language explanation of where your case stands, what your options are, and what we’d actually recommend — not a wall of legal terminology designed to keep you dependent on us for translation.

Fair, predictable fees

We tell you the likely cost range before you retain us, and we structure litigation fees so a legitimate case doesn’t get abandoned because the legal bill would outweigh the dispute.

Real accountability

You work with Scott directly, not a rotating cast of associates. Calls get returned, filings get made on time, and you always know what happens next.
